SHIPPING POLICY

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING DATES 

The Pre-Order dates on our website are estimates and not guaranteed. These shipping dates may change without notice and could result in further delays of 2-3 weeks. By placing a Pre-Order, you agree to the shipping terms and acknowledge that refund requests will not be approved unless the delay exceeds three weeks. 

UK SHIPPING 

Orders will be processed within 2-3 working days and shipped via standard delivery within the UK mainland (excluding the Highlands). Please check the dispatch information on the product page, as some items have different dispatch dates. 

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday; we do not dispatch on Saturday or Sunday. 

Please note that Next Day delivery is not available for Ireland, the Highlands, Channel Islands, or any UK Offshore Islands. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently deliver to over 40 destinations worldwide. 

European orders are sent via a standard tracked delivery service, with our courier partners aiming to deliver within 2-6 working days. 

All other international orders (including those to the USA, Canada, and Australia) are dispatched via a standard tracked delivery service, with an expected delivery time of 5-7 working days. 

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday; we do not dispatch on Saturday or Sunday. 

If your parcel does not arrive within the stated timeframe, please allow up to 15 working days from the date of your dispatch email before contacting our support team. 

CURRENCY/CHARGES 

All purchases will be processed in pounds Sterling (£). International credit card providers or banks will determine the applicable exchange rate. 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES 

Orders placed outside the UK mainland may incur duties or taxes due to import restrictions on certain products and materials. These additional fees or charges are your responsibility under local legislation and will only apply once your parcel has reached the destination country. We cannot control these charges, nor can we predict the costs, as they vary by country. 

If you are uncertain whether these charges may apply to your order, it is your responsibility to consult your local customs authority before placing your order. 

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY 

You can track your order anytime by logging into the 'My Account' section of the site, selecting order history, and clicking on the relevant order. 

Please click the tracking link to visit our courier's website, where you can check the status of your order. 

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY 

If you are not at home when our courier attempts delivery and cannot find a secure location to leave the package, they will leave a card and make two additional delivery attempts, typically on the following working days. 

To arrange a more convenient redelivery time, please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier. 

If you encounter other delivery issues (e.g., the courier marked your order as delivered but you haven't received it), please email our support team within 7 working days. Failing to do so may result in your claim being rejected by our courier partners. Adaa Designer House International Ltd is not responsible if a claim or investigation is denied by our courier partners in such cases. 

LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS 

In the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 working days for further investigation. We will submit a claim on your behalf to our delivery partner. Once the claim is accepted, you will receive a full refund, including delivery costs. Please note that claims with our delivery partners can take up to 28 days, and an immediate refund will not be issued. Our parcels are insured by our delivery partners, and Adaa Designer House International Ltd cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. 

ORDERS REQUESTED TO BE LEFT IN A SAFE LOCATION 

If you would like your order left in a secure location, please contact us as soon as you place your order with your request. 

While we will do our best to accommodate this, please note that any orders left in a location you specify are at your own risk, and Adaa Designer House will not be liable for any damage or loss. 

WORKING DAYS 

A working day is defined as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays are not considered working days. 

DELIVERY AREAS IN THE UK 

We deliver to the UK mainland, Ireland, the Highlands, Channel Islands, and all UK Offshore Islands. However, we regret that we do not deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses.
